NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION

TOWN OF SIOUX CREEK

TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at an election to be held in the Town of Sioux Creek, on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. All terms are for 2 years beginning on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 (third Tuesday in April).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a town caucus for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the above listed offices will be scheduled during the month of December, 2024. The caucus will be held on a date not sooner than January 2, 2025, and not later than January 21, 2025.  Notice of the scheduled date of the caucus will be given at least five days before the caucus.

Any incumbent not seeking re-election must file their notification of non-candidacy no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024 in order to avoid an extension of time for filing papers for that office.
